To help make natural skin care products here in Weedon, Northamptonshire. Hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with a 30 minute lunch break each day.
We are a growing natural skincare brand passionate about creating high-quality, ethically made products. Our team is committed to sustainability, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. As we expand, we’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Operative to join our production team on a part‑time basis.
This hands‑on role is ideal for someone with small‑scale manufacturing, catering, or kitchen experience. You’ll play a key part in our daily production, working closely with raw materials and finished products.
Key Responsibilities- Operating simple production equipment (e.g. mixers, filling equipment)
- Hand pouring and packaging skincare products
- Weighing and measuring raw ingredients accurately
- Cleaning and maintaining production areas and equipment
- Labelling and preparing finished products for dispatch
- Following safety, hygiene, and quality standards consistently
- Physically fit – the role involves standing for long periods and some lifting
- Diligent, careful, and precise – attention to detail is essential
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Able to follow instructions and work well in a small team
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, catering, or kitchen environment is desirable
