IFT members preserve jobs and livelihoods, uphold local industries, protect economic value and strengthen public service organisations.
This role will suit an ambitious, engaging and proactive individual with some membership/recruitment experience who is looking for their next career step and is motivated by working in a fast-paced environment. The role involves promoting the benefits of IFT membership, reaching out to and supporting potential candidates, engaging existing members, managing a pipeline of prospects and accrediting candidates. You will be working with a small high performing and friendly team who are busy supporting senior and smart business leaders by providing unparalleled accreditation, professional development, knowledge and networking opportunities and advocacy for turnaround excellence.

- Reach out to and support potential candidates.
- Engage existing members.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects and accrediting candidates.
The recruitment process will comprise an interview involving a presentation from you, plus a short task. Interviews will take place in person/on site during the week commencing 23 February 2026.
