The Role
- Strategic Leadership: Serving as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, advising on school planning and key business functions.
- Financial Management: Overseeing budgets and forecasting in collaboration with the Trust’s central finance team to ensure maximum impact for our students.
- Human Resources: Lead on school level HR matters and relevant people and employment procedures such as absence management, performance, recruitment, induction and probation etc.
- Estates & Compliance: Ensure the buildings and site are maintained to a satisfactory standard and present a clean and purposeful environment for all users. Working closely with the facilities Manager to manage Health and Safety.
About You
- Level 3 / 4 qualifications or relevant experience.
- Relevant experience of working in a business environment at a similar level with administrative experience in a management capacity.
- Knowledge and understanding of financial principles and controls, budget planning and management procedures.
- Understanding of HR principles, policies and procedures.
