- Creating amazing Bread, Pastry, Deserts, Chocolate’s, Petite Fours, Ice Cream, Sorbets and other products as your imagination creates.
- Potentially managing a Commis Chef and delegating work.
- Ordering and stock taking of all produce on section.
- Ensuring that the restaurant is always fully stocked with fresh produce to excite and encourage customer spend.
- Constantly seeking new ingredients and techniques to improve customer dining experience.
- Make menu suggestions and understand costing implications.
- Actively participate in Kitchen Team meetings.
- Maintain a high level of food hygiene and standards at all time
