The Boathouse is perched on the waterfront overlooking Swanwick Marina, with panoramic scenic views of the harbour, where you can sit back and watch the gentle sway of the water and feel the refreshing sea breeze. Designed to create a casual dining concept which not only provides delicious, fresh cooked food but also a regular spot for the community to come together for celebrations and fun. We are looking to welcome Bar servers who can do the following with our team and customers:
- Give every customer a hearty, warm welcome and make them feel like selecting our venue is the best choice they could have made that day.
- Use your knowledge to recommend dishes from our menu, our excellent chefs make it quite hard to choose and they need your help to know what is going to satisfy their taste buds the most.
- Build rapport with our guests and can chat to them beyond the small talk, it’s how we take our visitors from customers to friends we see often.
- Make them feel special; if it’s someone’s Birthday or anniversary, then you can go out of your way to make it an even more memorable event for them.
- Collaborate with your team members to bring joy and happiness to each other’s and our customers’ day.
- Focus on the details; we have service standards because we know it’s what brings order to what can be a very busy environment.
