The White Horse is a beautifully styled pub-restaurant with a cosy laid-back atmosphere, in the heart of Otterbourne which sits in between Southampton and Winchester. A pub well loved by the community due to our family events, fantastic fresh cooked food and warm and welcoming service. At the heart of our success lies our collaborative, supportive and positive team who come together to ensure our customers get the balance of warm traditional pub service whilst offering an elevated dining experience with our 1 Rosette cuisine.

- Food consistency; you want to ensure that every customer’s plate looks top notch and you understand that presentation is just as important as taste.
- Highly organised and ensure that your set up for success for service, in a clean and hygienic environment.

- Understand the measures and controls needed to make a good GP.
