Role overview: As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable moments for our guests through the art of mixology and impeccable customer service. We are looking for a passionate individual with a flair for creativity and a dedication to delivering a top-notch beverage experience. This is a permanent role, at 40 hours per week (including weekends), with an hourly rate of £12.71 plus generous service charge and a brilliant benefit package.
Responsibilities:
- Cocktail Crafting: Skilfully prepare and present classic and fun cocktails and other beverages to our guests, young and old. You will greet our guests and learn about their preferences, answer questions and upsell menu items.
- Guest Service: You will ensure a high level of host presence, both in the bar and lounges, providing attentive and friendly service, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.
- Beverage Knowledge: Stay informed about current beverage trends, including wines, spirits, and cocktails. Share your knowledge with guests and colleagues.
- Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, organised, and well-stocked. Ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the hospitality team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Compliance: Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as licensing laws.
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience of Bartending
- Extensive knowledge of Drink mixing and garnishing
- A positive, welcoming attitude with an engaging friendly personality
- To be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Organisation and good attention to detail
- Flexibility to work hours as determined by the business
