From promoting exciting events and seasonal experiences to showcasing play attractions, food and unforgettable family moments, the role helps create a fun and memorable visitor journey while strengthening The Ice Cream Farm’s reputation as a leading family destination.

Please note this is an onsite strategic marketing and communications role with responsibility for campaign planning, analytics, CRM, visitor engagement and commercial performance. This role is not solely focused on social media content creation and hybrid working is not permitted.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating and delivering creative marketing campaigns to drive visits and engagement
  • Promoting attractions, events, food, experiences and seasonal activities
  • Managing social media content, digital marketing and website updates
  • Coordinating content shoots and bringing the brand to life through storytelling
  • Managing visitor communications, feedback and community engagement
  • Supporting event promotion and special experiences throughout the year
  • Monitoring campaign performance and visitor insights to shape future activity
  • Building relationships with collaborators, partners and the local community

Skills for Our Role:

  • A creative storyteller with strong marketing and communication skills
  • A passion for visitor experiences, family attractions and creating memorable moments
  • Strong digital marketing and content creation experience
  • Organised, collaborative and able to juggle multiple projects
  • Commercially aware with a data-led mindset
  • Experience in visitor attractions, leisure, tourism, hospitality or family entertainment is a bonus

Working Hours
