Main Duties
- Formulate and implement the company’s strategic business plans, identifying growth opportunities, and monitoring performance against key performance indicators.
- Direct and coordinate the operational activities of the company, overseeing day-to-day management of departments, resource allocation, and delivery of business goals.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, financial forecasting, cost control, and ensuring compliance with company financial reporting and governance requirements under the Companies Act.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team, including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and corporate governance standards as a UK limited company director, including reporting, risk management, and liaison with stakeholders and regulators.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive sustainable expansion and profitability.
- Oversee operational efficiency, process improvements, and innovation initiatives to maintain competitive advantage.
- Represent the company at senior level negotiations, investor relations, and external engagements.
Specialised Expertise
- Specialised expertise in international business development, sales, and marketing; proven experience managing global multi-site operations with systems integration and supply chain optimisation; global customer care management (B2B/B2C) at Director/C-level; bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or related field (MBA preferred).
