The Hyndburn Academy is seeking a Cluster Careers Officer to work across three schools, delivering impartial CEIAG to students. You will provide one-to-one guidance, information on post-16 options, and run guidance sessions and events to raise aspirations and support progress into positive destinations.
The role requires engaging with pastoral teams, SEND staff and external agencies, maintaining records and contributing to Gatsby Benchmark targets.
