HR Officer

Salary

£25,000-£35,000 (FTE) plus benefits including: Local Government Pension, Health Care Cash Plan, Generous Staff Discount scheme, at least one personal leave day per year.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced HR Officer.

The HR Officer will provide a range of administrative and practical HR services to support the effective and efficient running of the school.

Providing routine HR advice and processing transactional HR matters including recruitment, new starters and leavers, payroll changes.

This role involves a high level of confidentiality, communication and sensitivity.

The successful candidate must

  • Someone who shares our moral purpose of ensuring that all of our young people receive the best education possible in a supportive environment from people who care about them.
  • Someone who has excellent organisational skills and knowledge of different ICT packages available.
  • Someone with a high standard of literacy and attention to detail.
