Perform routine inspection, testing, and maintenance of smoke control systems, including:
- Stairwell pressurisation systems
- Smoke exhaust and makeup air systems
- Atrium smoke control systems
- Car park smoke ventilation systems
Conduct periodic functional testing in accordance with approved smoke control rational analysis, IBC, NFPA 92, and local fire codes.
Verify operation of:
