We're on the lookout for a Head of Sales to join our team. You will be responsible for leading and executing our commercial strategy, driving revenue growth across all segments, and inspiring a high‑performing sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic commercial plans in close collaboration with the General Manager and Revenue, to source, drive, and grow revenue across all segments.
  • Monitor results, adjusting strategies to meet objectives and targets.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, fostering a proactive and high‑performing environment that empowers the team to deliver on all objectives.
  • Ensure close working relationships with regional and brand leads, and foster strong connections with the wider global sales team.
  • Provide local market knowledge to help stay ahead of competitors and spot new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with key teams, ensuring essential information and insights are shared and that everyone is effectively working together to drive top‑line revenue and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, leading rate negotiations and account management activities while maximizing market share.
  • Introduce structured ways of working into a fast‑paced environment that relies on flexibility and speed.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the hospitality sector, with a proven track record of driving revenue.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a natural ability to build strong, lasting relationships internally and externally.
  • Passionate about hotel sales and goal‑driven, always seeking ways to exceed targets.
  • Experience using OPERA Cloud desirable.
  • Humble and open to ideas; receptive to collaboration.
  • Desire to be part of something bigger and to enjoy the journey.
