We're on the lookout for a Head of Sales to join our team. You will be responsible for leading and executing our commercial strategy, driving revenue growth across all segments, and inspiring a high‑performing sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic commercial plans in close collaboration with the General Manager and Revenue, to source, drive, and grow revenue across all segments. Monitor results, adjusting strategies to meet objectives and targets.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, fostering a proactive and high‑performing environment that empowers the team to deliver on all objectives.
  • Ensure close working relationships with regional and brand leads, and foster strong connections with the wider global sales team.
  • Provide local market knowledge to help stay ahead of competitors and spot new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with key teams, ensuring essential information and insights are shared and that everyone is effectively working together to drive top‑line revenue and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, leading rate negotiations.
