Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salon Manager based in AMERSHAM. The Salon Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent client service, and maintaining salon standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, team leadership, hiring and onboarding new staff, and ensuring the salon meets all operational and hygiene standards. The role also requires maintaining an inviting atmosphere for customers and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Nail, Lash and Brow services.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
- Experience in Hiring and team management, with the ability to foster a positive team environment
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
- Experience in the beauty or wellness industry, preferably in a leadership role
- Knowledge of current beauty trends and compliance standards is beneficial
