About the Role As a Technical Surveyor (Fire) at Hyde, you will play a key role in ensuring active fire safety works are delivered to a high standard, meet legal requirements and provide value for money. You will survey properties, prepare specifications, oversee contractors and provide technical advice to help ensure residents feel safe in their homes. Key Duties Ensure all active fire safety works, including fire risk assessment actions, repairs, cyclical and planned maintenance, comply with regulations, approved documents and performance standards. Carry out property surveys and prepare specifications, schedules, reports, drawings, tender documents, costings and estimates for active fire measures. Supervise and monitor contractors to ensure fire safety contracts, service level agreements and quality standards are delivered.
