At Hyde, we’re passionate about building strong communities and delivering great services to our customers. We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator to join us on a temporary basis, supporting high-volume recruitment within our Property Services directorate. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering a smooth, compliant and positive recruitment experience. It is a highly process driven role and you must have the ability to follow process and stick to deadlines. You must be immediately available to start work in the New Year.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for high-volume, lower-level roles within Property Services
  • Advertising roles, screening CVs and supporting hiring managers with shortlisting and interview coordination
  • Issuing and tracking candidate assessments and maintaining clear candidate communication
  • Keeping recruitment systems and trackers up to date, producing regular activity reports
  • Occasionally managing recruitment processes with external agencies for trades vacancies only

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience supporting high-volume recruitment, ideally within operational or frontline environments
  • Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of recruitment compliance, right-to-work checks and equality
