You will manage high-volume vacancies across Hyde, ensuring every stage of the recruitment process runs smoothly — from advertising roles through to onboarding new starters. You will work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and HR colleagues, providing end-to-end recruitment support while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and Hyde's internal policies.
As a Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator supporting all areas of Hyde, you will play a key role in helping us attract and hire the right people quickly, fairly, and efficiently. This role is suitable for recent graduates, with some recruitment experience, lots of energy, and an abundance of common sense.
What you will be doing:
- Manage high-volume recruitment from advertising through to onboarding.
- Screen CVs, prepare candidate summaries, and coordinate interviews and assessments.
- Promote roles via approved channels, including LinkedIn and social media.
- Maintain accurate recruitment systems, trackers, and weekly reports.
- Issue contracts and onboarding documentation within agreed timelines.
- Complete right-to-work checks and obtain references.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Ensure all recruitment activity is compliant, inclusive, and delivers a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
What we are looking for:
- A recent graduate with exposure to recruitment (in-house, agency, placement year, or internship).
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Confident screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication skills — professional, clear, and customer-focused.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working to deadlines and KPIs.
