As a Senior Project Manager at Hyde, you will support the successful management and delivery of complex residential regeneration projects, ensuring schemes are well organised, coordinated and delivered to a high standard.

You will play a key role in project governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement, helping to deliver sustainable, high-quality homes and strengthen local communities.

  • Key Duties
  • Lead the planning, development and delivery of complex regeneration projects.
  • Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, financial appraisals and delivery plans.
  • Coordinate internal teams, consultants and contractors to keep schemes on time and within budget.
  • Produce clear governance papers, reports and recommendations for internal committees.
  • Lead resident, community and stakeholder engagement to inform project design and delivery.

  • Proven experience in residential development and delivering complex regeneration projects.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, reporting and organisational skills.
  • A proactive mindset and passion for delivering sustainable homes and inclusive communities.
  • The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage risks across legal, design, financial, construction and procurement activity.
  • Membership of a relevant professional body, such as RICS, RIBA or RTPI.
