About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead to join our Technology team at Hyde. This is a key role supporting the ongoing development, enhancement, and optimisation of our Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Service Cloud and customer‑facing digital capability. You will play a pivotal role in delivering end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions, working closely with stakeholders across the business to translate requirements into scalable, high‑quality technical solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud & Experience Cloud
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the Salesforce platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability
- Work across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering through to deployment and support
- Provide technical solution design input and contribute to architectural discussions
- Develop and deploy using CI/CD tools and modern release management practices
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve complex technical issues and bugs
- Use Jira to manage work items, track progress, and support agile delivery
- Support integration of Salesforce with wider systems where required
- Promote best practice in Salesforce development and platform governance

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud experience essential)
