Hyde is looking to recruit a Sales Progressor, in a fast-paced team responsible for the sale of Hyde's existing void stock. An exciting and varied role with lots of opportunity to learn on the job and develop your existing skill set. You will work alongside another sales progressor and report to the Sales Manager within the Portfolio Transactions team. Hyde is one of the UK's leading and award-winning providers of affordable homes in London, the South-East and surrounding areas. We provide and manage 48,000 homes to over 100,000 customers. What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the Sales Manager in overseeing the sale of void assets.
  • Working with senior lawyers on sale transactions.
  • Obtaining updates on sales activity & progression of conveyancing process.
  • Coordinating compliance info needed for legal packs.
  • Coordinating receipt of and response to replies to legal enquiries working with internal teams to collate information.
  • Maintaining database of forecast sales completions and achieved completions.
  • Coordinating completion documentation and circulating to internal team.

About you:

  • Good organisational skills.
  • Good at building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Eye for detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to use Excel and databases.
  • Understanding of the conveyance process and previous experience in sales progression / UK residential sales.
