Hyde is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join our collaborative and values-driven team. As a Sales Negotiator at Hyde, you will undertake the marketing and sale of shared ownership homes by delivering an exceptional, proactive, and tailored customer service. You’ll be at the heart of helping individuals and families step onto the property ladder and into their new homes.
Key Duties
- Ensure that all homes are sold within the agreed marketing period.
- Set up, coordinate, and attend viewings.
- Closely monitor the progress of sales and take action to achieve targets.
- Provide competitor analysis reports and other required reporting.
- Prepare and distribute accurate pre-sale price lists for approval by the Sales Manager.
- Identify and resolve purchase-related issues, advising buyers and solicitors accordingly.

As a Sales Negotiator, we’re seeking someone who can bring:
- Proven property sales experience as a Sales Executive, Consultant, or Negotiator for New Homes.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset and passion for helping people into affordable housing.
- The ability to monitor sales, provide market analysis, and support buyers effectively.
- Flexibility to work 9am–5pm Tuesday to Saturday (with Sundays and Mondays off).
- Previous new homes experience (desirable but not essential).
