Repairs and Commercial Administrator
London Bridge or Rochester

Hyde is looking to recruit a Repairs and Commercial Administrator to join our Property Services Team in either our London Bridge or Rochester offices - internally you will be known as a Commercial Administrator.

As an Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the effective management of subcontractors and directly employed operatives working on our properties. You’ll be responsible for commercial administration, contract management, financial oversight, and subcontractor relationship coordination. A key aspect of this role is ensuring subcontractor invoicing and administration is delivered accurately and on time.
Responsibilities- Issue notices of completion when works are successfully completed.
- Manage variations to works and track project costs.
- Liaise with subcontractors to ensure correct invoicing processes are followed.
- Raise purchase orders and receipt subcontractor invoices for finance processing.
- Review and respond to subcontractor correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of subcontractor agreements, invoices, and project documentation.
- Support dispute resolution and problem-solving around payments.
- Monitor compliance with NHF Schedule of Rates (v6.1 & v7.1) and enforce quality standards.
- In-depth knowledge of NHF Schedule of Rates (6.1 or above).
- Experience dealing with contractor and commercial disputes.
- Strong Excel skills and confident using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and problem-solve payment or contractual issues.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
