As a Project Assistant at Hyde, you will provide effective, efficient, and proactive project and administrative support to the Void Disposal Programme, Portfolio and Tenanted transactions. You will play a key role in ensuring information systems run smoothly, helping to obtain key data and documents that are needed for portfolio sales and supporting the team in co‑ordinating various projects to ensure they complete to given deadlines.
Role- Provide project and administrative support on the void disposal programme, portfolio and tenanted transactions.
- Manage and maintain information and input to various administrative, property and payment systems.
- Review compliance documentation to ensure they meet requirements and produce any gap analysis.
- Attend meetings, produce meeting notes and actions, and monitor/manage actions.
- Structure and populate data rooms/sharefile with extensive document review and upload.
- Good to intermediate Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisation and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders.
- Ability to prepare clear and accurate information for inclusion in internal and external reporting.
