Hyde is looking for a Treasury Portfolio Manager to join our collaborative and values-driven team.

As a Treasury Portfolio Manager at Hyde, you will manage our secured property portfolio, ensuring assets are used effectively to support the Group’s loan and bond facilities.

You will play a key role in supporting Hyde’s funding strategy by maintaining strong security cover, reliable property information and clear oversight of secured assets, while working closely with internal teams and external partners on charging, releases, substitutions, valuations and due diligence.

  • Key Duties
  • Manage the security held against Hyde’s loan and bond portfolio, protecting covenant headroom and supporting future borrowing requirements.
  • Lead property charging, releases, substitutions and reallocations, coordinating input from internal teams and external advisers to meet lender requirements.
  • Oversee asset covenant reporting, testing and stress planning, providing clear analysis of security positions, risks and mitigations.
  • Own the quality of treasury and securitisation data, ensuring information is accurate, reconciled and suitable for assurance, reporting and decision-making.
  • Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, lenders, valuers, trustees, solicitors and third-party partners to improve processes and strengthen controls.

As a Treasury Portfolio Manager we’re seeking someone who can bring

  • Proven experience in property charging, collateral management or secured lending within a housing association, financial institution or similar asset-backed environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail when managing complex property, valuation and security data.
  • A proactive mindset and passion for supporting sound treasury decisions, financial resilience and effective use of secured assets.
  • The ability to interpret loan security, valuations, covenant compliance, legal due diligence and lender reporting requirements.
