As a Senior Research Executive (Customer Researcher), you will lead and manage customer research activities across Hyde, gathering and analysing insights into customer preferences, behaviours, and experiences to help shape services and support informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and use information from market research and day-to-day operations.
- Create surveys to gather data from customers.
- Lead projects that group and profile customers based on their behaviour and needs.
- Work with Customer Involvement colleagues to run and analyse focus groups.
- Use data and statistical methods to solve problems and support decisions.
- Work with external agencies to carry out customer research efficiently.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in a customer research role.
- Research expertise, strong background in quantitative research methodologies.
