Hyde is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our collaborative and values-driven team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive environment that champions employee wellbeing, continuous learning, and long-term development.
As a Salesforce Developer at Hyde, you will be responsible for developing, integrating, testing and maintaining new and existing features across Hyde’s Salesforce and Contact Centre platform. You will work closely with business representatives, IT colleagues and scrum teams to translate user stories into high-quality Salesforce solutions that support effective service delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Duties
- Translate user stories into functional, scalable Salesforce solutions in line with Salesforce best practice.
- Develop, integrate, test and maintain features across Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and the Contact Centre platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape technical design, requirements, limitations and implementation plans.
- Carry out unit, integration and performance testing, investigating and resolving issues identified during testing.
- Support day-to-day Salesforce operations, including user access, security, custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, Apex and integrations.

As a Salesforce Developer we’re seeking someone who can bring:
- Proven Salesforce development experience, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Strong technical capability in Apex development, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flows and process automation.
- A solid understanding of the Salesforce security model, including permission sets, sharing rules, roles and profiles.
- Experience of CI/CD tools, deployment processes and end-to-end Salesforce project delivery.
- The ability to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, communicate technical information clearly and contribute proactively within scrum teams.
Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications would be preferred. Experience with Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud would be beneficial but is not essential.
