As a Resident Safety Compliance Manager at Hyde, you will lead and oversee our approach to Resident Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans, ensuring relevant buildings comply with current building safety legislation, regulatory requirements and best practice standards. You will manage compliance programmes, identify and act on safety risks early, and work with colleagues and partners to ensure residents remain safe in well-managed homes.
Key Duties- Lead the delivery of the Resident Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans programme, ensuring alignment with legislation and organisational priorities.
- Manage, support and develop staff involved in RPEEPs delivery, setting clear objectives and driving performance against agreed standards.
- Monitor compliance performance across in-scope buildings, identifying risks, overdue actions and mitigation plans to ensure timely resolution.
- Oversee the accuracy, completeness and integrity of compliance data, reporting and records to support audit readiness and assurance.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, regulators, funders and external partners, including oversight of grant-related assurance and expenditure tracking.
