Hyde is recruiting a Lead Construction Project Manager to deliver high-quality affordable and market homes across multiple residential developments. This is a senior role with responsibility for projects from early planning through to completion and handover. You will lead complex construction programmes, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard, while working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple residential construction projects from pre-construction to handover
  • Develop and control build programmes, budgets and cost forecasts
  • Identify and manage risks to maintain time, cost and quality targets
  • Lead contractors, consultants and professional teams
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, building regulations and funding requirements
  • Oversee practical completion, snagging and defect resolution

  • Proven experience in residential construction project management
  • Strong commercial and budget management skills
  • Confident leader with excellent stakeholder management ability
