As a Roofer at Hyde, you will be working within our property services team to deliver high-quality roofing repairs, maintenance, and installation services for domestic properties. This role will focus on scheduled projects, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction while adhering to safety standards.
- Conduct planned inspections and assessments of roofs to identify maintenance or replacement needs.
- Carry out scheduled roofing repairs and installations, ensuring work meets industry standards.
- Replace or repair roofing materials, including tiles, slates, or flashing, as part of planned works.
- Manage roofing materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability for planned projects.
Proven experience as a roofer, with a focus on planned works or project-based maintenance. Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and repair methods. Proficiency in the safe use of roofing tools and equipment. Valid driving licence and a customer-focused approach.
