Key Duties Provide expert support across Hyde’s application portfolio, resolving incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.
Lead investigations into high-priority, recurring or complex application, integration and data issues, identifying root causes and recommending long-term fixes.
Support approved configuration, minor enhancements, testing, upgrades, patches, releases and post-implementation validation.
