Hyde is looking to recruit a Housing Advisor. Hyde is a leading provider of affordable homes, dedicated to helping people access safe and high-quality housing. As a Housing Advisor at Hyde, you will be working within the PFI Housing Management team to provide a proactive, effective and customer-focused service to residents, resolving enquiries and supporting housing management processes.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries across a broad range of housing services via phone, emails and in person at reception.
  • Manage tenancy change processes including mutual exchanges, successions, assignments and unauthorised occupation.
  • Respond to partner-generated enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage the flow of customer enquiries via Housing Management systems.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively at first point of contact.
  • Good knowledge of housing management processes and tenancy changes.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and housing management systems.
  • Experience administering casework, preparing referrals and managing debt-related enquiries.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners to provide a seamless service.
  • Well-organised with a keen eye for detail and excellent record-keeping skills.
