Hyde is looking to recruit a Home Ownership Coordinator. Hyde is a leading provider of affordable homes, dedicated to helping people access safe and high-quality housing. With a strong focus on community impact, we work to create sustainable, thriving neighbourhoods while supporting our customers build better futures.
As a Home Ownership Coordinator at Hyde you will be working within the Home Ownership Team to provide operational support, manage incoming correspondence, oversee income processes, and coordinate team procedures to support Hyde's Homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence and assign it in line with procedures and timescales
- Support accurate data entry and monitoring of Homeowner records
- Generate key performance data for team reporting
- Oversee payment management, banking, and income reconciliation
- Contribute to financial processes to maximise income and minimise spend
- Support procedure reviews and provide guidance to team colleagues
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven administration experience, ideally in an office setting
- Previous housing sector experience desirable but not essential
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability
