Hyde is looking for a Home Ownership Administrator to join our customer-focused Home Ownership team. This is a great opportunity to build your career in a supportive environment that champions employee wellbeing, continuous learning and long-term development.
As a Home Ownership Administrator at Hyde, you will provide essential administrative support to the Home Ownership, Compliance and Service Charge teams. You will help manage customer enquiries, correspondence, complaints, property resale information and key team records, ensuring customers receive a professional and responsive service.
Key Duties
- Manage incoming post, shared inboxes and administration queues, ensuring enquiries and correspondence are handled promptly.
- Prepare letters, record customer feedback and support the Compliance team with leasehold consultation requirements.
- Coordinate responses to landlord and solicitor questionnaires relating to property resales.
- Monitor homeowner complaints, maintain accurate records and help produce regular performance reports.
- Process invoices, organise meetings and maintain electronic filing and document management systems.

As a Home Ownership Administrator, we’re seeking someone who can bring:
- Experience in administration, customer service or a similar support role.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and confidence maintaining accurate records and information.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with a positive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
