Groundworker (Voids) Portsmouth (Covering areas within our South region patch) Salary up to £36,250 Hyde is looking for an experienced Groundworker to join our busy Property Maintenance Voids team.
As a Groundworker at Hyde, you’ll be working in our homes carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance.
You’ll be trusted to get jobs done right first time and to treat our customers with respect in their homes.

What you’ll be doing Carrying out general mainteance work such as path/paving repairs, minor brickwork repairs, painting and decorating, garden clearances, shed removals and minor roofing repairs.
Erecting and repairing fencing and gates, repairing concrete floors, and addressing issues in garden areas.
Repointing old or damaged mortar joints, replacing broken bricks/blocks, and repairing walls, chimneys, and structural features.
