  • Reviewing income, costs, accruals, provisions, recharges, reconciliations and balance sheet entries to ensure they are accurate and well evidenced.
  • Producing clear reporting, commentary and insight on partnership performance, financial returns, revenue opportunities, risks, trends and areas requiring action.
  • Maintaining strong financial controls, supporting audit activity and ensuring processes align with Hyde’s governance requirements.
  • Advising and influencing senior stakeholders, constructively challenging assumptions and supporting continuous improvement across reporting and controls.

What you’ll need:

  • A recognised accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in financial control, commercial finance, management accounting or partnership accounting within a complex organisation.
  • Good technical knowledge of accounting treatment, balance sheet control, reconciliations, audit requirements and financial governance.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to review complex information, test assumptions and make evidence-based recommendations.
  • Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise, influence and challenge colleagues in a professional and constructive way.
