We’re looking for a Tenancy Management Advisor with housing, ASB and tenancy casework experience to join Hyde’s Neighbourhoods & Tenancy Services team in Chichester. At Hyde, we’re committed to creating safe, secure and thriving communities where customers feel supported and respected. We are now seeking a Tenancy Management Advisor to join our frontline Neighbourhoods & Tenancy Services team and play a key role in delivering a responsive, customer-focused housing service. Some housing experience and a knowledge of housing law is essential for this role.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as the first point of contact for ASB and tenancy management queries
  • Provide clear, accurate advice and guidance to customers
  • Support early intervention approaches including mediation and prevention
  • Manage and update case records accurately using CRM systems
  • Support tenancy changes including joint-to-sole applications, household updates and bereavement cases
  • Investigate issues such as abandonment, illegal subletting and tenancy breaches
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies including police, local authorities and safeguarding partners
  • Ensure full compliance with housing legislation, safeguarding, GDPR and organisational policies

About you:

We are looking for someone who is confident, organised and customer-focused, with experience in housing, ASB or a similar frontline service environment. Experience in ASB, tenancy management or housing-related casework. Some knowledge of housing law, tenancy processes and safeguarding principles. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive conversations.
