Hyde Group is seeking a proactive Housing Scheme Officer (Later Living) in Chichester to cover Southampton and Fareham.
The role involves on-site presence across our later living schemes, carrying out housing management duties with a strong customer focus to support independent living.
You will undertake inspections, manage lettings, handle tenancy enquiries, coordinate repairs and services, and promote wellbeing and community activities while ensuring safety and compliance.
