The role focuses on reducing manual effort, lowering cost and risk, and enhancing speed, accuracy, and customer experience. Working with teams across the organisation, the role identifies where automation will add the most value. It turns complex processes into simple, well-controlled automated solutions that are secure, scalable and support long-term business needs. Key Duties Analyse end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and repeatable tasks suitable for automation. Prioritise automation opportunities based on value, risk, complexity and alignment with business goals. Proven experience designing and delivering business process automation in a specialist, transformation or consultancy role. Ability to measure, track and clearly explain business benefits and outcomes. Strong stakeholder management skills, working confidently with technical teams, business users and external suppliers.
