As a Building Projects Surveyor at Hyde, you will play a vital role in delivering large‑scale fire safety projects across our housing portfolio. Key Duties- Manage the delivery of major fire safety projects from initial surveys through to completion.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and compliance, mitigating any risks or variances.
- Work closely with contractors, consultants, and colleagues to ensure projects run efficiently.
- Act as a key point of contact for residents, ensuring communication is clear and considerate.
