Hyde is looking for a Lettings Advisor to join our Empty Homes & Lettings team. This is a fantastic opportunity to help customers find and move into their new homes while delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the lettings journey.
As a Lettings Advisor at Hyde, you'll manage the customer journey from home vacancy through to tenancy sign-up. Working closely with Empty Homes & Lettings Officers, Surveyors and other internal teams, you'll help customers through what can be both an exciting and emotional process, ensuring homes are let quickly, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Duties
- Manage the lettings process from property vacancy through to customer move-in, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Workon a mobile basis covering Shoreham, Lancing, Brighton, Crawley, Horsham, Lewis. Reigate and Banstead, Worthing and Woking.
- Arrange and deliver customer interviews, viewings and tenancy sign-ups, tailoring your approach to individual customer needs.
- Work closely with colleagues and contractors to coordinate property readiness and achieve re-let targets.
- Provide support and guidance to customers, including referrals for financial, welfare and housing-related advice where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM, Northgate and Microsoft Office systems while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
