We are now seeking an Administrator to join our team, playing a key role in supporting supplier management, cost control and operational efficiency across our supply chain.
What you'll be doing:
- Handling incoming purchasing and support services phone calls.
- Supporting invoice checks, resolving queries and maintaining supplier paperwork.
- Administering purchase orders raised ensuring correct coding and appropriate approval authorisations are in place.
- Maintaining multiple shared inboxes.
- Ensuring correct information is provided for special material processing.
- Warehouse cover when required.
- Providing general administrative support and helping the team run smoothly.
What you'll bring:
- Strong organisational and administrative experience.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
