About the role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join our Property Services team. This role plays a key part in supporting property maintenance services and ensuring our customers receive a responsive, high-quality customer experience.
You will provide flexible administrative support across the Property Services function, act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries relating to repairs and support the team in resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing customer enquiries relating to property repairs
- Acting as an escalation point for customers experiencing ongoing or complex repair issues
- Working closely with internal teams, contractors and suppliers to resolve problems
- Supporting the investigation and resolution of customer complaints, ensuring appropriate follow-up
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions to support tracking, reporting and service improvement
- Managing multiple mailboxes and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
- Supporting diary management for Property Services colleagues
