Why be a Technical Administrator at THG Nutrition?

The Technical Administrator administers the group’s electronic Quality Management System ( eQMS ) across seven sites. This role is part of out centra technical team and is a chance to ensure robust document control, accurate complaint reporting, and continuous audit readiness by supporting both central functions and site technical teams.

1. eQMS & Document Control

  • System Administration: Manage user accounts, form configurations, approval paths, and general system maintenance.
  • Training & Support: Deliver user training on core eQMS modules and assist site teams with system troubleshooting.
  • Document Management: Oversee the upload, review, and version control of group-wide policies and technical procedures.
  • Portal & Complaint Administration: Monitor external customer/retailer complaint portals and coordinate fulfillment-related investigations.
  • Data & Reporting: Cleanse complaint data, perform trend analyses, and generate regular quality reports.
  • Investigation Support: Assist central and site teams with root-cause analysis (RCA) investigations.

3. Audit & Site Compliance Support

  • Audit & Compliance Coordination: Maintain the group audit calendar, track supplier certification statuses, and maintain organi s ed audit folders.
  • CAPA & Risk Tracking: Monitor outstanding Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR), escalating risks as necessary.
  • Operational & Meeting Support: Support sites during low-resource periods and coordinate weekly technical update meetings.

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

  • Experience: Prior experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Technical Administration, preferably within food manufacturing or FMCG.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital platforms, databases, or electronic Quality Management Systems ( eQMS ), alongside strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to train site users and professionally handle customer inquiries.
  • Organization : Excellent detail orientation with a proven ability to manage multiple tracking systems and timelines.
