Why be a Talent Acquisition Partner at THG Beauty?
You won’t just be sifting through CVs at THG, our Talent teams are true business partners to hiring managers and senior stakeholders across the business. You’ll partner closely with our HR team and sit down with stakeholders regularly to discuss their structures, ensuring that we’re forwarding planning our Talent pipeline based on high performers and movements within teams. You’ll be passionate about speaking with the best candidates in the market, selling the THG dream and ensuring we do everything in our power to secure the best talent for our vacancies.
- Manage recruitment processes end‑to‑end, working closely with hiring managers to understand role responsibilities to allow you to effectively match external talent to our vacancies.
- Be responsible for driving your own KPIs in line with the Talent strategy and report regularly on updates.
- Source high‑quality candidates through LinkedIn and manage applications via our ATS, Greenhouse.
- Be a credible and confident representative of the business, promoting the key selling points of an opportunity and the Group as a whole.
- Deliver a seamless and positive recruitment experience for candidates and stakeholders alike; ensuring you’re incredibly organised and communicative at all times.
- Work closely with the broader Talent and Employer Communications teams on initiatives such as early careers, branding, DEI and social.
- Work in collaboration with the HR Business Partner for your area of the Beauty division to drive people initiatives, partnering with the SLT to drive active pipelining; understanding talent management and prioritisation of hires.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
- Strong track record; either in‑house or agency.
- Strong communicator and demonstrable experience partnering with stakeholders including at Director level.
- Able to work at pace.
- Highly organised and able to multi‑task.
- Commercially‑minded and able to understand the impact hiring decisions can have on the wider business.
- An interest in beauty is ideal but not essential.
