About Central Functions

Central Functions are formed of the teams and people that serve the entire business. These people are integral to the smooth running of the business; ensuring everyone is paid on time, that materials are sourced and arrive promptly, that we meet our legal obligations and that our health, safety, and security is safeguarded to name a few functions.

About the Role

AsaTalentAcquisitionPartner, you will be responsible for sourcing the very best talent across the group, ensuring we continue to hire exceptional people to support the growth of our business. This role is global as we have teams based across the globe.

Wearelookingforsomeonewhoistrulypassionateaboutworkingwithpeopleandiscapableofworkingindependentlytomanagethefullrecruitmentcycle,frominitialcontactthroughtocontractcompletion.YouwillalsoneedtohaveathoroughunderstandingofTHGandouruniquepositioningasaglobaltechnologycompanyleadingthewayinanexperientialmarket.

  • Actasthefirstpointofcontactforpotentialcandidates,representingTHGwithprofessionalismandenthusiasm.
  • Manageend-to-endrecruitmentprocesses,ensuringstrongstakeholderengagementbothinternally(hiringmanagers)andexternally(candidates).
  • ConfidentlypromoteTHGtoprospectivetalentviaTeamsinterviewsorface-to-facemeetings.
  • Sourcehigh-qualitycandidatesthroughLinkedInandmanageapplicationsviaourATS,Greenhouse.
  • Recruitacrossalllevels—fromjuniorrolestoseniorleadership—whilemappingtheexternaltalentmarket.
  • Collaboratewiththein-housetalentteamtodevelopandimplementcreativesourcingstrategies.
  • RepresentTHGatconferences,careersfairs,networkingevents,andpop-upmarketingstands.
  • Buildandmaintaintalentpipelines,keepingprospectsengagedandinformedthroughoutkeydecision-makingstages.
