Why be a Store Merchandising Operations Assistant at THG Beauty?

The Store Merchandising Operations Assistant will support the team with key administrative tasks including sku set up, attribution and intake management, replenishing and allocating stock to existing and new stores. As our store portfolio expands we are developing new processes and systems to support this new growth so the person in this role will need to be adaptable, a problem solver and will be able to contribute to new ways of working.

As Store Merchandising Operations Assistant , you’ll:

  • Manager end to end purchase order management of our exclusive store stock, including our pick ‘n’ mix assortment.
  • Escalate and highlight any risks to store purchase orders that may impact our assortment.
  • Work in collaboration with our warehouse to ensure the right stock is available to fulfil store replenishment.
  • Build strong relationships with the core buying and merchandising teams to stay informed on stock levels, new product launches and range amendments that may impact the stores.
  • Maintaining sku attributions for accurate reporting.
  • Maintaining and refreshing reports for analysis, trading decisions and business updates.
  • Allocates stock to store inline with display requirements, sales performance and up and coming events.
  • Be a main point of contact for store communications.
  • Build brand relationships to support in facilitating new launches, product and VM updates.
  • Support in forecasting of store supplies.

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

  • Experience working in retail is preferred
  • Organised, self-motivated and a key team player.
  • Time keeping to ensure deadlines are met
  • Flexible in order to meet the needs of a new and developing team
  • Microsoft packages, specifically Excel.
