We are recruiting for a Spa Manager to join us at King Street Townhouse Hotel and Spa, Manchester’s premier health spa. Set in the heart of Manchester, King Street Townhouse Hotel and Spa offers exclusivity, unrivalled luxury and class leading facilities, with a state-of-the-art gym and magnificent health spa.
We are looking for a talented, passionate individual to join our successful spa. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standard of professionalism in all areas of the operation and ensuring all treatments are carried out to our world-class standards.
Main Duties of the role
- Management of the spa and gym
- Monitor spa and treatment standards and implement corrective action/training where required.
- Drive the team\’s performance.
- Deliver exceptional treatments and host spa guests.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness at all times.
- Deliver brand standards.
- Oversee ordering and stock taking.
- Ensure a seamless guest journey from booking in clients to their treatments.
Requirements
- Specific experience within a spa/health club environment
- Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
- Experience with ESPA and Elemis is preferred but not essential
- Impeccable attention to detail and customer service experience
- Proven experience working as part of a successful team with excellent interpersonal skills
