As a Skin Specialist, you’ll:
- Provide world class level of customer service and product knowledge to all customers at all times.
- Perform high quality skincare treatments that are a perfect fit for your customers’ requirements whilst delivering a professional level of customer service.
- Recommend an ongoing skincare routine for your customers to use at home with relevant skincare products from the store.
- Ensure all products and services recommended to your customers are fitting to their needs and mindful of their relevant medical background.
- Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner and ensure customer satisfaction is always at the top of your priority list.
- Build customer relationships using CRM to ensure all customers receive a tailored shopping experience.
- Achieve personal set goals and KPI’s.
- Proactively build customer relationships to fully book the treatment room.
- Drive sales through the seamless customer journey and experience and deliver personal targets and KPI goals.
- Drive service, sales, loyalty and appointments with customers.
- Support in training the store team on skincare products.
Operational Excellence:
- Always be a positive, professional and dynamic team member.
- Ensure medical grade hygiene treatment room standards.
- Assist in the update and maintain VM of all brands.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
- Qualified Nurse Prescriber is essential.
- Level 4 in Beauty Therapy is essential.
- Additional skincare/aesthetic qualifications are preferred.
- Beauty retail experience preferred but not essential.
- An ‘always on’ approach when at work.
- Full availability across weekends and bank holidays is imperative.
