You will translate market needs into clear development briefs, manage end-to-end NPD projects, and collaborate with brand, procurement, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure timely, market-leading products. You’ll mentor junior technologists and work with external partners to shape the range architecture and product positioning. This is a fast-paced, high-impact opportunity at Europe’s largest online sports nutrition platform. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li 25 days annual leave + bank holidays /li li Enhanced maternity and paternity pay /li li Up to 10 days compassionate leave /li li Volunteer leave after 12 months /li li Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) /li li On-site gym and physio access /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead formulation development for Sport Nutrition products with cross-functional teams /li li Coordinate samples, tasting sessions, sensory reviews, and documentation of decisions /li li Translate consumer needs and market trends into development briefs and concepts /li li Lead end-to-end NPD project management with prioritisation and risk management /li li Analyze market research and consumer insights to inform product development /li li Coordinate stakeholders across Brand, Category, Commercial, Quality, Regulatory, Technical, Procurement, Operations and regional teams /li li Collaborate with external partners including suppliers, manufacturers, flavour houses and development partners /li li Support product positioning, consumer benefits, claims, pack requirements and range architecture /li li Mentor junior technologists to upskill and align with business objectives /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Degree in Sports Nutrition or Food Science or equivalent /li li 3–5 years in an R D/NPD function /li li Ability to develop new formulations and improve existing ones with sensory skills /li li Understanding of the product development lifecycle from opportunity to launch and post-launch review /li li Strong commercial mindset balancing innovation and consumer needs /li li Strong project management with multiple simultaneous projects and stakeholders /li li Conscientious, proactive, with excellent communication /li li Structured, detail-focused, proactive work approach /li li Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships /li li Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers or external development partners /li li Knowledge of sports nutrition, powder products or performance ingredients is desirable /li li Experience working with external/global manufacturers or partners is desirable /li li A passion for nutritional science, health and fitness /li /ul ul li strong communication /li li collaborative mindset /li li proactive and conscientious attitude /li li formulation development /li li sensory analysis and tasting coordination /li li market insights analysis /li /ul
